Important Shipping Update: Canada Post Strike

The sudden Canada Post strike has affected small businesses across Canada, including Club Plug. Unfortunately, we were not informed in advance, and any packages already shipped with Canada Post are currently being held in secure facilities. As soon as operations resume, these shipments will begin moving again.

To minimize the impact of this disruption, Club Plug has switched carriers for all new orders. This means most orders will continue to ship without delay.

However, please note:

If you live in a remote area or in a region exclusively serviced by Canada Post, your package may experience significant delays until Canada Post resumes operations.

In some cases, Purolator may contact you via text with details of the nearest pickup location to help avoid further delays.

In rare situations, if delivery cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe, we may need to cancel your order and issue a refund.
